
Augustine Owusu Mensah is a Research Manager at the Centre for Economic Research and Policy Analysis (CERPA), where he oversees the planning, implementation, and coordination of the Centre’s research initiatives. He also serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at Pentecost University, Ghana, and a Researcher at the Parliament of Ghana. His research interests span foreign direct investment, economic growth, and natural resource management, with additional focus on monetary and fiscal policy issues. His work reflects a strong commitment to evidence-based policy development and economic advancement in Ghana and the wider African region. Mr. Owusu Mensah holds an MPhil and a B.A. in Economics degrees from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. His MPhil studies were conducted in collaboration with the African Economic Research Consortium’s Joint Facility for Electives programme, equipping him with advanced training in economic research and policy analysis.
