He is a thought-leader and columnist for a leading online publication of the Business & Financial Times leading discourse in key economic subject matters. His distinguished body of work spans financial systems research, economic policy ideation and formulation, and enterprise innovation — positioning him as a thought leader within Ghana’s economic and organizational development landscape. With a rich background in financial and monetary economics, Mr. Amankwah-Minkah has contributed significantly to policy analysis including the flagship Gold for Oil Policy.
As the Founder and Group Head of EKAM Group, a Ghanaian conglomerate with subsidiaries spanning financial & investment advisory, organizational learning and development, capital raise, trade finance, physical commodities trading, real estate and construction, he has demonstrated a profound commitment to fostering economic growth and innovation and has been instrumental in crafting the Group’s strategy, and driving its effectiveness and strategic partnerships globally.
He is a Professional Member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD-USA), Professional Member of the Ghana Stock Exchange, member of the Royal Economics Society and an Ingrid Bens Certified Facilitator.
He holds a Masters in Business Administration, Masters in Economic Policy Management, a Masters in Economics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and currently pursuing higher education in Economics.
